Our Story

Citrone Italian Chophouse is an Italian Steakhouse located in a 1922 Heritage Award winning building in the historic district of downtown Redlands. The restaurant features a craftsman style indoor seating area and also includes an outdoor patio for dining. 

Founded in 1995, Citrone embraces the small town culture of Redlands, combining local friendships, superior client service, and exquisite options for food and drink.  Our menu offers a wide variety of cuisine featuring a selection of fresh salads, pastas, fish and prime meats, as well as a number of vegetarian items.

In addition to our regular menu we also offer daily seasonal specials. Citrone has been a Wine Spectator "Award of Excellence" winner with a wine cellar featuring over seven hundred selections with a focus on West Coast and Italian wines which we feel best complement our food. Citrone also offers a full bar including a wide selection of premium liquors, craft beers, cognacs, ports, martinis and mixed drinks.
